The procurement procedure for goods or services is carried out in accordance with general practices through Open Tender, Limited Tender, and Direct Appointment. PTK then conducts an evaluation to obtain responsive, best, and accountable offers. Procurement of goods/services at PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PTK) always strives to pay attention to the principles of efficiency and effectiveness, and prioritizes competitiveness, transparency, fairness and reasonableness, accountability, cultural values, and good corporate governance.

PTK optimizes the procurement process for goods/services to increase profits for the Company while prioritizing the use of national labor, utilization of goods, services, technology, engineering and design capabilities domestically by fully considering aspects of quality, quantity, price, availability, delivery and aspects of Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Protection (K3LL).

PTK's policy in the procurement of goods/services prioritizes direct procurement from service providers, manufacturers, official distributors or sole agents to avoid the use of intermediaries that do not provide added value. We seriously pay attention to the aspects of the company's capabilities and competitiveness with the basic principles of procurement of goods/services, namely fair, responsible, K3LL-oriented, effective, efficient, integrity, prudence, independence, competitive, and transparent.
