With over five decades of experience, PTK operates more than 379 vessels, 33 ports, and 2 strategic coastal logistics bases across Indonesia. Our services include vessel provision, marine operations, and tailored logistics solutions designed to meet the needs of the energy sector and national maritime industry, while expanding towards our vision of becoming a world-class maritime service company.

Transfer Ownership Shares
Transfer of ownership shares from PT Pertamina (Persero) to PT Pertamina International Shipping (Subholding Integrated Marine Logistics). Merger of Pertamina's Marine functions with PTK. Transfer of Pertamina’s Marine Support Vessels to PTK, and addition of new business lines. Spin Off PT Peteka Karya Tirta became a subsidiary of PT Pertamina International Shipping.

Dual Fuel Harbour Tug
Delivered the first Dual Fuel Harbour Tug in Indonesia, Transko Rajawali. The launching of PTK's new vision and mission.

Launched Dashboard Monitoring
Launch of Dashboard Monitoring System: Ship Arrival and Departure Information System, Marine Service Application. Change of share ownership to: 99.999% of shares owned by PT Pertamina (Persero), 0.001% owned by PT Pertamina Dana Ventura.
