PTK Wins Four Awards at Marketeers Digital Marketing Heroes 2025

PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PTK) has once again recorded a strategic achievement by winning four national awards simultaneously at the Marketeers Digital Marketing Heroes (MDMH) 2025. The prestigious event, held in Jakarta, is one of Indonesia’s largest award platforms recognizing the most impactful digital innovations, with more than 5,000 participants from various national industry sectors.

PTK won awards in four categories: Operational Digitalization Heroes, B2B Service Digital Innovation Heroes, Seamless Digital Operations Heroes, and Seamless Service Solution Heroes. These awards were granted in recognition of PTK’s success in accelerating digitalization across its core business processes, including Standardization & Port Operations Digitalization, MyPertamina Marine Service (MyPMS), the Online Fuel Monitoring System (FMS), and the PRAISE Monitoring Application. This achievement reinforces PTK’s position as a modern, innovative, and nationally competitive marine service and support vessel company.
PTK’s Vice President of Legal & Relations, Amran Reza, expressed his appreciation for this collective achievement. “These awards are proof that PTK’s digital transformation is on the right track. All the innovations we have developed not only generate efficiency, but also strengthen stakeholder trust in PTK as a high-standard maritime service provider. We are committed to continuously accelerating digitalization to support more transparent, faster, and more reliable operations,” he said.

The four digital innovations have delivered tangible business impacts. The standardization and digitalization of port operations drive national efficiency and service uniformity across regions. MyPMS revolutionizes vessel agency services through billing automation and integration with SAP/MySAP systems. Meanwhile, the Fuel Monitoring System (FMS) provides transparency in bunker usage with real-time, IoT-based accuracy. The PRAISE application enhances the quality of operational reporting, making it faster, more accurate, and easier to monitor. Collectively, these initiatives support PTK’s pillars of Operational Excellence, Service Quality, Digitalization, and ESG & Sustainability.
PTK’s Director of Finance & Human Resources, Eko Cahyadi, emphasized that this achievement is inseparable from the company’s commitment to sustainable transformation. “Digitalization is no longer an option, but a strategic necessity to maintain PTK’s competitiveness. With these awards, we are increasingly confident that investing in human capital development, technology, and digital governance is the right step. We will continue to foster a work culture that is adaptive, innovative, and results-oriented,” he stated.

PTK’s participation and success at MDMH 2025 also deliver strategic value in strengthening the company’s positioning as a leader in modern maritime services. National publicity and exposure before thousands of industry players open new partnership opportunities while enhancing the confidence of shareholders, regulators, and customers in PTK. This event also serves as independent validation that PTK’s digital transformation has generated tangible impacts on operational efficiency, service quality, and the strengthening of a technology-driven work culture.

Through these achievements, PTK reaffirms its commitment to continue growing as a globally competitive maritime services company, upholding innovation, professionalism, and integrity in every step it takes.
